My journey as a massage therapist began in 2002 in Berkeley, CA at the Acupressure Institute where I studied with renowned institute owner and instructor Michael Gach, as well as the National Holistic Institute in San Jose, CA through the most eye opening, groundbreaking classes I'd come to love dearly. I've had the honor of being in practice for over 15 years and am dedicated to continually learning about the miracle of the human body, focusing on facilitating healing and increasing well being for my family, friends and clients. 

In 2012 I moved to the beautiful island of Kauai, where I've been providing healing massage therapy for residents and visitors, specializing in deep tissue, lomi lomi, swedish, mayofascial techniques, prenatal, and hot stone massage. 

Music is my main creative outlet, and you can sometimes find me playing guitar and singing on the beach, coffee shops or gatherings. 

Helping people to feel better and freer in their bodies is my passion, and I'm honored to do this sacred work. 🌺
